How do they justify? Everything benefits affluent:expanded deduction on pass-through business income (tax avoidance-especially when gutting IRS again);permanent cuts to tax rate (disproportionately benefit ppl w/ VERY high levels of taxable income);outrageously large estate tax exemption($15 m!)
