I'm sat looking out to see down Exmouth while my bikes been in for a service. It's the onefine we've had this week amidst some rather wet and windy weather and it's incredibly mild. About 15° but feels a lot warmer.

I did it in 7hrs 15mins abd knocked 45 mins of my previous fastest time for 100km.

Well, I got a bit lost heading to the start of today's audax crossing Reading city centre, I got even more lost trying to find my way bsck again 🤣 #cycling

That was a push! I got back only slightly out of time. Cos it was a tight time frame I didn't hang around, it wasn't that I didn't want to stop, I just didn't have time to.
But I've just done my fastest 100km ever in 7 hrs 15 mins, beating my previous fastest 100km by 45 mins! 👊 #cycling #audax

After waiting 55km to eat at Renegades I just had a chocolate brownie and cappuccino and went on my way as there was nothing on the menu I fancied. So I'm treating this as my lunch stop before a mad dash back to Reading ☕️🍰🚴♂️💨💨💨 #cycling #audax #TwoBeauties

Renegades control, I didn't think it was as far as this but then I remembered I only did the 50km last time. If I'd realised this earlier I'd have stopped at the bakery in Bramley 🤦♂️🤣

It was actually, A1, A414, A405, M25, M4. But yeah, I've arrived in #Reading and it only took 7 HOURS! Not 9½ as it did going up #LongDay 😴
Currently sat in Macy D's oot by Reading Stadium absolutely knackered. Haven't stopped since Peterborough, still gotta find my hotel yet.
