Fast forward to 2024, The Strike recently released their newest album, "A Dream Through Open Eyes," An album that perfectly encapsulates the longing to find one's own paradise in a world that's constantly trying to destroy it.

In October 2022, the band released their second album through label Nettwerk Music Group titled "The Lost Years," which featured the aforementioned singles. Can honestly say this was the very first album I ever bought on vinyl.

First band on the list that I would like to highlight is an alt pop/synthwave band originating from Utah and based out of LA called The Strike.

For reference, they predicted 7 hurricanes and 3 major hurricanes last April for the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season and they were dead on with their prediction.
