I still have dreams about this version of Sherway. I was only like 3-4 at the time but it stuck.

I visit every week. Jenny sold the bar a while ago (the name remains). The owner is now a guy named "Tony." The regulars still visit and the spirit is pretty much the same. The tradition of erasing the chalkboards and starting anew every year continues as well.

Interesting. The annual rent increase is slightly lower than last year (per the guideline). I've been keeping an eye on this stuff ever since I moved downtown. Always wondered what the contributing factors are.
