I’m not sure if anyone could have predicted the disaster caused by Crimson 1 and General Elizabeth’s simultaneous, desperate actions, but Sicario knew they were kicking the hornet’s nest before we did, and except for almost getting him killed, this seems to have played out perfectly for Kaiser.

Ever since meeting General Elizabeth in Frontline 59, I’m less and less convinced Crimson 1 was delusional and projecting. He seems to have understood the Deal, as did the General. Sicario certainly did, but as the player, the specifics are obscured and the result only hinted at.
