Mental illness is so embarrassing, like "sorry boss, can't come in today. Why? Oh, I'm just completely out of control of the sobbing and the flailing and can't drive because a few hours ago my card declined at the roadside BBQ shack. Yeah. I'm a danger to myself and others. Thanks for understanding"
