Good news for fans of the Cookie Cutter MZ - Quick Time Bar! The files have been updated to include a version that can be called from the battle scene. Plus a small QOL update that lets you more easily position the bar anywhere on the screen.

Still slowly working through icon resizes for old packs. I've finished all the 24x24 versions for pack 1, 2 and 3. Next up is the 16x16 versions!
