Pleased with this.
An almost neon yellow (lemon) tart, with an outer ring of meringue kisses and then a ring of raspberries. And a very slightly off centre meringue puff in the middle. A slice of lemon tart topped with meringue kisses and raspberries.

Let’s have some Christmas.
Many little cookies in the shapes of six pointed stars. They have glittery white royal icing. They are Zimtsterne (cinnamon stars) and they taste yum. Six pointed cinnamon star cookies with dried white icing, on a baking rack with round cookies with raspberry jam in the centre.

I also made a vanilla version! I think I preferred it.

Anyone for French vanilla custard flan? I made this and it is Amaze.

Recipe 2: pumpkin flan!!
A nicely browned pumpkin flan still in the tin. You can’t tell from this but it made our apartment smell all spicy and yum. One slice of pumpkin flan on a plate in the sun. Creamy deliciousness and a crispy crust.
