I have said this before, if you want to practice frugal spinning, which I am all for, wooden dowels are your friend. They can do so much more than just be a shaft for a spindle.

Could be worse. I haven't been able to enter a salon in the past 8 years due to severe chemical sensitivity. I had to teach my silky white husband to cut my hair... Pray your swh never has to take scissors to your locks 😂
