I once twisted my ankle in my sleep. I also scared myself as I cut circulation off to my hand by having my arm under my head while sleeping. My hand flopped and touched my face due to my hand being numb , brain no recognise it as my hand , me then spending time trying to figure out what touched me

Kind of knew they would eventually but a lot sooner than I expected.

Also when I am agitated I am a check multiple times doors are locked . To a point I can walk from the back door to the front door multiple times checking the locks, until I have to apply will power to get myself to stop and even then the feeling of discomfort lingers.

Then there was a me panicking about stuff getting stolen and was like I needed a security system alarms, ( dreams suck for trying to type in pass codes LOL ) . I eventually woke up and was wow I just dreamed how my brain works LOL. I have an ADHD diagnosis and autism traits.

Then there was me trying to put things organised on a shelf but every so often stuff that didn't belong there would find it's way onto a shelf and in exasperation I shouted stop putting random s### on my shelves.

Though I did have a dream once. There was an ever expanding infinite space warehouse , that just had more stuff added constantly.

I use the computer multiple tabs as an easy analogy for other people.

So there was the battle of being taken seriously to even get a referral then the long wait for assessment. I can see why those who can go private do so.

A recently diagnosed ADHD individual . My anxiety and depression was trying to function in a world not designed for us and burning out. Contact the GP who said you are an adult , you got through school you don't need a diagnosis. Sometimes getting on the ladder to a diagnosis is hard.

So all in all been a shitty end to the year.

This had happened just before Christmas. Then in a double whammy I had to say goodbye to my elderly guinea pig a few weeks later as she most likely had a type of cancer as well . A mass was found in the abdomen area and her body was just shutting down.
