Kuritzkes had to come up with more charming lines in five minutes, as the crew set up the camera. “The whole time I was sitting in my chair trying to come up with it, Zendaya was hovering over me, snapping her fingers and going, ‘Come on, cool guy. Come up with some cool lines.’ She was doing it very lovingly, I had nothing but affection for her at that moment, but it was the only time in the process when I said to her, ‘Would you go the fuck away?’” Kurtizkes recalls, laughing.

the rock cavy, a rodent that is like a large guinea pig and small capybara. it is light brown with some dark brown coloring, with a longish snout and tiny white-brown feets. another rock cavy, looking extremely guinea pig-esque, with dark brown/black fur. its snout is shorter than the first rock cavy's, its ears are furrier, and it looks slightly more alarmed and less relaxed.

They’re yards apart. “It can’t mean anything because you’re not serious.” “I’m not serious?” Art pivots and stares him down. “No. You get to laugh everything off and touch her and never even come close to her. You get to be in the wind when she’s pregnant and I’m being her body back on the court. You,” Art spits, like it’s the worst sin in the world, “are not in love with her, and you never have been, and that’s always been your fucking problem. Stop making it mine too.” Patrick runs and slams him against the wall. Puts his fist beside Art’s head and says very lowly, “You don’t know what it looks like when I love someone.” Art is unmoved, unblinking. “Because you never have.” “Fuck you.” He hits Art in the gut, then when he doubles over and wheezes gets one in his stupid jaw for good measure. “Fuck you. You think love is just the amount of years you spend with someone? You think it’s just, what, fucking proximity?” “Love isn’t leaving.” “You threw me out. Aren’t you going, right this fucking second, to some undisclosed location because you think Tashi needs space? Fuck you! Fuck.” Patrick kicks him in the shin. “You suck. You fucking suck.” Art lunges for him, and they grapple uselessly with each other, too even a match, too tired and mad to even be fun. “And you know, I always thought that, but you know what I did? I thought, eh, I love the guy, it’s whatever. No complaints from me! No fucking apologies. So yeah. Excuse me if I don’t try to have serious fucking conversations with a guy who doesn’t even think he’s in a relationship with me. Excuse me if all I give you is fun and lighthearted because you’re so fucking self centered that whenever I did give you serious you blamed it on being me being drunk or some shit. Because you think you’re not good enough for Tashi, but you know you’re too good for me. Isn’t that right?” Art shoves Patrick away and storms out into another meticulously decorated room. The lights switch on for him there, and as Patrick watches him pull on his shoes and coat and leave, the light in the sitting room he’s in dims, then goes wholly dark.
