On the 1st September 2025, I got distracted from this, my keynote speaker business website. For which I am only partly sorry. I am not sorry to announce that it is time for THE CAVEMAN to rise once again. You see, back in 2015, I wrote a book called The Caveman Principles. It was a self-help book to help others manage everyday stress, conquer being able to deal with others and manage personal change.

Hey everyone, I'm thrilled to finally announce the re-release of my new book, "The Caveman Principles"! This isn't just another self-help book; it's a raw, unfiltered guide to stripping away the modern layers of stress and tapping into your primal strength. For years, I've witnessed—and personally experienced—the devastating impact of chronic stress. It's a silent killer, robbing us of joy, energy, and our potential.

As 2024 draws to a close, we stop work and start to think about having some downtime at home, spending it with the family and wanting to have some fun. However, our memories are short; if we can recall what happens every year, we will realise that we must prepare for all the problems that arise from such festivities. As much as we want to believe Christmas is a time of relaxation and for making memories, most of the time, it is about managing chores, cooking, expectations and family.
