Are you a member of a running club? Does the route have a FB page or similar where you could ask for a team mate?

first thing is to get your videos uploaded. When you upload them via studio.youtube.com they're set private so only you can see them.

... each batch of 15 in turn. These will appear in the 'content' page but still be set private, and you can schedule each one in turn to become published on a specific date/time.
This will slow your home internet right down btw, so let the rest of the household know!

I've had a look this morning, and youtube make this really difficult. The tools I used to use don't work any more. There are paid services that will possibly do it for you, but they charge.
What I'd do is upload them 15 at a time at studio.youtube.com (click on 'upload videos') then select...cont'd
