Oh no, he was fine. We chatted a few minutes but then got back into our cars because it was very windy and cold. (Also when the officer arrived she wanted us to stay in our cars and she came to us).

I'm very thankful for the seat belt because even though there wasn't much damage, I still flung forward quite a bit. My head might have hit the steering wheel. 😱

It's very very important to not leave before the police show. He made me nervous so I called the police directly and they confirmed someone was on their way.
I am very thankful he didn't drive off. His car was a brand new car too. 😱
Everyone was safe. I was just very shaken up and tired.

I was talking to the guy who hit me and he kept saying "The police might not even show up, I can take your info and submit a report later."
Luckily I was in a good head space and was like "Um, no. We'll wait for the police to get here." which they arrived in about 15-20 minutes.
