The Bubble Nebula - NGC 7635
Captured this last night but I don’t know if I like the processing I did, I tried a different way of processing. Might try to reprocess it another day. This was 5 hours of capturing. #space #astrophotography #astronomy

I took 65 minutes of photos to capture IC 5070, The Pelican Nebula, in Bortle 7 conditions with my Seestar S50.

I really really dislike light pollution, luckily I just bought a new filter to help eliminate the problem along with a dedicated astro camera.

Captured a stacked image of the sun today!

Sun spots are always fun to look at and how they change everyday!

🌔 May 10th’s Moon is a waxing gibbous. The moon was illuminated at 96%. May 11th will have a full moon. This was taken with my Canon 80D with a 360mm Refractor lens with an aperture of 60mm.

Last night I captured the moon using my Canon 80D and my new refractor lens. I finally got the tracking to work for the Go To function so more deep space photos coming soon!

NGC 6888, The Crescent Nebula, is an emission nebula located in the constellation Cygnus. This nebula is ~5,000 light years from Earth.

I tried to use my camera to capture this but my tracking was off once again lol… I really need to figure it out. However, the Seestar came in clutch.

The Needle Galaxy (NGC 4565) - a cosmic blade slicing through the night sky.

Its incredible view reveals a galaxy stretched thin across 38 million light years. Can you see the subtle dust lane bisecting its core?

My capture of Messier 81, Bode’s Galaxy.

Bode’s Galaxy was discovered by Johann Elert Bode in 1774. Bode’s Galaxy is also 11.74 million light years from Earth. This galaxy is also located in the Ursa Major Constellation.
