Unincorporated means unfair and undemocratic. CA policymakers easily ignore unincorporated communities, rendering them invisible and their residents and businesses voiceless. State policy keeps it this way. It is long past time for that to change. www.caunincorporated.com/we-are-invis...

Unincorporated means unfair and undemocratic. CA policymakers easily ignore unincorporated communities, rendering them invisible and their residents and businesses voiceless. State policy keeps it this way. It is long past time for that to change. www.caunincorporated.com/we-are-invis...
The CA Legislature, the CA state administration and the Media assume the state's unincorporated population is mostly cows. In reality, with 5-6 million people, unincorporated California has more residents than several US states. More people live in unincorporated Sacramento County than in Wyoming.
