As someone who had a large home garden for years, it was not cheap. Where we lived, it required constant watering & daily maintenance & a fence to keep the animals out. Then, the surplus has to be canned/frozen. A great hobby, but lots of work & only augmented our food supply.

Because it is meant to. Intentional scapegoating to unify, thus strengthen, their base. Doesn’t matter it is a lie. The WIRED had a great article in this a few days ago.

The nonprofit I am conference chair for chose to have our annual conference in Portland last April. It was beautiful, clean, safe, and welcoming. Everyone said it was the best conference since the pandemic. So, as usual he is full of shit.

Where I live, eggs have gone down but many other items, such as beef and coffee, have gone up significantly.

I hope they don’t destroy TikTok like they did Twitter. I was on Twitter since its first year then exited it when it became intolerable after the election.

I actually deleted TikTok (at least for the near future) because of all the disgusting videos of him spewing his racism (and more) showing up after the shooting. Anyone who says it was taken out of context is living in an alternate reality.
