Loves cats and trains.
I’d be tempted to buy a bottle of Skin So Soft just for the effort. (And to keep the mozzies away)

I've looked. They only have the more modern silicone ones available now. I'm also puzzled about who still delivers Avon catalogues; I hope the reps aren't charged for them like so many of the other MLM companies.

I wish the bettaware catalogue was still a thing. My 1980s vintage jar opener has just gone sticky, and the silicone ones just aren’t the same.

Done. Thank you.

Have you looked at PuzzGrid? Why limit yourself to just one wall a day? :-)

Ooh, I love York. And I’d be fascinated to hear about printmaking.

Mine are:
1) Developing engineering safety cases for railway systems
2) The Discworld novels of Sir Terry Pratchett
3) Poirot.

Do you live near a Hell-Mouth?
Is your librarian a handsome English gentleman with owlish glasses?

Keep the stakes.

I'm on a mission to try one new thing (music, lectures, theatre, events, experiences) every week in 2025. I happily go on my own, but family can join me if they want. I record each thing and how much I enjoyed it. I'm also learning languages, & doing the last 10 years of Inktober.

I hope it is as lovely and welcoming as the one in Bath.

I think one of the things that makes it so successful is the peppering of heartbreak.

I made the mistake of thinking “which episode was that.” Then watched it. 😥

Ooh, that may replace “may all your magpies fly in pairs” when I write birthday cards. 🤣

You evidently live a more exciting life than me.

Honestly, they are right though, aren’t they?

I'm in the intersecting bit. I saw Robbie W last week in London, and am off to Robin I in Corsham tomorrow. Both class acts :-)

There are going to be a lot of soggy feather boas leaving Bath tonight.

EBay. Any recommendations will be forwarded to the book group, though. That they may prompt further sales when it is back in print, so I don’t feel too bad about it.
June 8, 2025 at 9:05 PM
On that recommendation, I’ve just bought a copy.

Reading? I did some safety analysis on that electrification system.
