Solo indie game developer. Made that Slaughter Horse game you played on your phone as a kid, currently making Slaughter Horse 2 and Little Onryō.
The Naturalist was green, I remember with brown hair... Preacher was grey, I can't recall the others.

But someone on the Workshop made a pack of ponies designed to look like the cast pics and used your colours so that's what they are now!

I used one of those free photo apps to put it on my wall.

Big Macintosh doesn't look that happy about his coronation, but what might cheer him up is that 0.13.5 is now live, with a few fixes and additions.

Steam is also asking if I want to put SH2 forward for a nomination, so that's next.

In other news for those who enjoy collecting cards, SH2 has been granted such status now - so soon we'll be dropping cards, badges, emoticons and backgrounds. With any luck these will appear next week - depends on how long it takes them to be approved.

Steam didn't think SH2 belonged with the Halloween event, but they DID think it matched up with Animal Fest. So along with the vet sims and pet rescue sims, you can also get a discount on a game where you brutally slay cartoon ponies.

In another update for SH2, in the documents/workshop folder you can now find an 'imports' folder. You can drop all your QR code workshop hosses in there and upload them all to an empty set with one click.

Fixed some bugs too!

Hello folks, I have uploaded 0.13.3, the promised Friday update. Probably the trickiest thing was the addition of the Steam workshop, but with any luck it works. I mean, it works for me but experience has taught me that means nothing! So, as ever, let me know how it goes.

Plenty of other fixes too.

It's chasing bugs all the day long here at Catsmeat Studios (which is an alcove in my house full of crap, sadako figurines and empty energy drink cans) but I have managed to put in something special in time for halloween. Updating Friday!

Hello. 0.13 is now live, so it should update for you soon on Steam.

It continues to upset Windows Defender, sorry about that! I'm still working on ways to convince it not to be so touchy.

STILL debugging 0.13, but doing my best!

One request I heard way back when was for final words from the condemned ponies. We now have these! You also have the chance to speak when it's your neck in the noose and this wisdom is saved for posterity.

The council actually do some work in 0.13, most actions they take need to be passed with a majority vote - and the worse things are the more desperate and draconian the proposals put forward are. #slaughterhorse2 #mlp #gamedev #indiedev

I made the Night Mare's model using the reference of a real horse face but I realised for an eldritch dark goddess that sure made her look like she was carrying a bit of chonk, so she's been restylised. #indiedev #mlp

A new addition to the Night Phase, you can ask the Night Mare for a favour, even if trapped in your house. How much she can help depends on how many pony souls you've sent her way. Don't annoy her, though.

I've had quite a few images for the kitchen posters now, and I've been asked if it's OK to send multiple images.

It is! But so everyone is fairly represented, I've fixed it so the game chooses 3 different artists, then chooses one of their images if there's more than one.

An extra demonstration, so there's now 3 slots for poster art and as you can see the poster planes automatically resize to the ratio of the image. Remember that image on the far right? Yeah, you do.

Thanks Distrokid, had I known I could have held off releasing volume 2 a couple of weeks and put it out exactly a year later. And that would have been neater!

Oh well. Vol 2 is for sale on Steam now!
