it’s important to remember the Bahamut raids are Savage level, but if you’ve done some higher difficulty co-op stuff in Rabbit and Steel you should be able to manage. a good raid vibe is really nice and imo everyone having the same vision is the most important thing. i hope it goes well!

soooo good yeah. Final Fantasy has some really good music but as far as overworld themes go Eternal Wind is the best for my money, Crystal Tower goes hard too.

personally i’d say go to Stormblood, opinions on that expac are mixed but i like it and it’s closer to Shadowbringers

all three have notably different gameplay, one has a significantly altered story, the difference in graphics is significantly larger than most other games in similar positions. it’s so weird. and yet i enjoy it a lot. again, i need to get around to the NES version.

also, even if you don’t end up liking the characters, i think the art and their models are very very charming, although i may be falling prey to DS Nostalgia

to be honest, it’s very easy to tell that 3ds was a bit rushed story wise, i understand if this is controversial, but i was actually disappointed in the Pixel Remaster being faithful to the NES in the story department, because i felt just a little more push could’ve made the ds version Great

Eternal Wind is such an insanely good song, i obviously have a soft spot for the FF14 versions but the original is so good. maybe i should play FF3 again, i’ve still never gotten around to the NES version.
