It seems that this week top seller is broken, upcoming games like KCD2 and Civ VII don't appear at all in the 100, but the week before they were in the top 20, very strange. Also, if we look at the curent global topseller, Steam Deck and these two games are in the top 20, as you would expect.

Not really, they changed how they number the version, now they use the year number, so it went form version 7.x to 24.x and next year will be 25.x.
