It's my big Tabby cat Rex, sound asleep and making no excuses. He's got life all figured out. The picture shows just his front half, head reclining on a gray blanket, legs stretched out lazily in front him.his face is brown with black stripes and small areas of white on his muzzle and around his eyes. He's got a fine crop of white whiskers too. He has big, bold stripes of black across his brown legs. He looks quite content.

Hi Angela. At last, another "crazy cat lady"! I have 7. Three are tabbies. Mine all found me in one way or the other. I never decided, "Oh, I need another cat!" 🤪

They're what make me get out of bed every day. It would be unkind to let them starve. And, they're good company and good friends.☺️ #cats
Nine year old Tinker, a torbie-tabby, regards Rex, a purebred, legitimate tabby alley cat who came in from the cold (and heat) several years ago. She dislikes all other cats, but somehow Rex won her heart. They are not mates, except in the British sense of the word. Tinker has more black on her than shows up in the picture. She has tabby stripes on orange and beige, which are not as distinct as Rex's dramatic big black stripes on beige. In this picture, she's sitting on the left side of the picture, he's on his side, to her right, stretching his big paws our to her. Her face doesn't show, but she looks bored by his demonstration. He's always hopeful she'll be impressed, but she accepts him, which he doesn't realize is the highest compliment she can pay to another cat. He is the only one that has met her very high standards for a companion.

You can just see two toe beans peeking out in the reflection of Rex's right paw.

What's really cool in ths picture is that he has double everything from head to shoulders.

The mirror he's lying on has a bird and tree branch painted on.

South Texas is a big time #birding destination, with all sorts of awesome birds.

Hi followers of this hashtag. I just wanted to show you all why yesterday's answer "TABBY" came so easily to my mind. Rex is the tabby that changed my life. I am the human who changed his. But that is another story.🙂

Rex is a young male tabby cat, beige with big, bold black stripes, gold eyes and a muzzle that looks like it's been in a bowl of milk. He is on a festive multicolor bedspread, lying in a semi-circle with his front paws under his chin. His front half is also atop a little tray. Don't ask me why. In this picture, he was disappointed about something...I don't remember what. I am very sure that he would have been very sad that many of you were stymied by the #Wordle_NYT solution for yesterday's game. I didn't share it with him though. Being a Tabby is essential to who Rex is.
