I've been really lucky to find a club (after 2nd try) that has been so very helpful. They hooked me up with a codeplug (file you load and comes with all channels etc preloaded for this area). Once I saw how it was set up there, I just edit or add as a needed.

I took a stab at building a MAUI Blazor hybrid app primarily in agent mode. For initial setup, it got quite far and helped immensely. However, when adding features it often had alot of trouble with Razor. It doesn't seem as fluent in its native capabilities and often brings in unnecessary JS.

I've been thinking the same. Out here watering flowers and looking after my birds like wow it's really nice outside. Sure it's 93f? We had a blistering summer 2 years ago in Houston and after that, everything is "refreshing".
