PEDESTRIAN RESPONSIBILITY
Contrary to the opinion that has long been held, (section highlighted with a red box) pedestrians are to blame in the majority of the accidents in which they are involved. (end highlight) In a recent analysis of accidents in Connecticut it was found that blame for a total of 923 fatal pedestrian accidents was attributed to pedestrians, although in only 315 cases was it attributed to the operator after extensive police investigation. In other words, 75 per cent of the accidents were blamed on the pedestrian. [58] Coroners' verdicts, after formal examination, placed the blame on the operator in only 14 per cent of all the inquests held over pedestrian fatalities occurring in Connecticut in 1939. Studies made in New York State indicate that negligent acts of the pedestrian contributed to three out of every four personal injury accidents in which he was involved, and to three out of five of his fatal accidents. Secondly all of us fucking know how scary wwx can be when you threaten or hurt the ones he loves. He used that fear of him as a defense mechanism because he DIDN'T HAVE A CORE.
Third and lastly: Wei Wuxian LIKES being babied. He yearns for woobification. He's been treated like a disgusting monster by the overwhelming majority
of people in the cultivation world. He acts terrifying because he doesn't feel SAFE with them. But look how he acts with Jiang Yanli in his first life and Lan Wangji in his second. He feels so safe with them that he'll act childish or feeble to get their attention. "Xianxian is only three" ... He wants to be held and doted on. He wants his husband to protect him even if he can protect himself.
