It's okay, just very sad. He is 15, and has had an amazing life. I just have a hard time imagining life without him.

Anyways, tldr I'm not dying. No signs of cancer. Monitoring every 6 months basically for the rest of my life or until something happens. I'm feeling disappointed but happy to not be as sick as every other dr was making it out to be!

He is concerned about my iron levels though. My body has a problem making enough iron to have a surplus (which normal people have lots of). So I am getting blood work done soon.

No concern about CLL (a cancer my mom has) or anything like that. He was super kind and informative. I'm a little disappointed that I don't have an answer or a name for it, but happy it's not serious ...yet.
