Synth music maker in Victoria, B.C. Big fan of good headphones, comfy chair, adjustable lighting, and tasty home-made food.
I'd like to find good cafés myself for EDM people. Hard to find ones that are open after work – a lot of cafés close at 3 or 4 PM that I'd like to visit. (I'm in Victoria bit of rural area not near downtown).
Have a chance to speak at a conference in Victoria, BC, in April... Victoria is the last major Canadian city I have not been to before... After this, it's down to Windsor, Saskatoon, Saguenay and Sherbrooke. In Victoria, I'm going to just lounge in hippie cafes finding new EDM artists...

A new album for my 2025 songs. I'm getting faster at finishing them and sharing them. One song is already posted called Farm Life, at my band camp profile catnipstew.bandcamp.com Check it out and tell me what you think! I'm itching for feedback. It would help me improve my audio quality.

I recently got an MPC One+ and it's taken a few months to get close to finishing my next song. I didn't plan this song, it just sorta occurred while learning the MPC features. I really like it now. The sequences are set up, and now working on meaningful ups, downs, and transitions.

I posted my music (3 songs so far) at catnipstew.bandcamp.com/album/cheers... - I believe you can listen for free, so please let me know if I'm wrong. I'm new there. I need feedback on these songs from people other than family. No lyrics, just electronic music suitable for any age.
Cheers, Y'all, by Catnip Stew

Today was a fantastic Saturday - 2 1/2 hrs still to enjoy. I took many things to drop off at the thrift store, and reorganized my whole room. I'm thrilled, more than you can imagine.
