Lithuanian, quizzer, jigsawer, long term k-pop fan, crocheter, and several other kinds of nerd. I think I'm awesome, you should too. She/her.
Also, who would have thunk that something so silly and weird sounding like "horse balm" can be used as medicine? :D

These days, I sound so much like my grandma regarding leg issues. "No, I don't wanna see the doctor", "No, walking doesn't hurt - actually, walking is even better than staying still". I definitely laugh at this similarity more than I am worried by it.

I do feel like the pre-5th-quest mission was useless, cause even though the same team won, they did not mention the map during the quest at all, I really don't think it was helpful or even influential. Sadge. #PhysicalAsia

So, apparently some filming for Honey (BBC and ZDF project) is happening in my city. Part of me is happy to be involved in international work like this, but another part is sad that it mostly happens for needing Soviet looks or representing Soviet time. This one's meant to be Germany, but still.

We love a sustainable show, reusing their equipment for another season. You unveil those treadmills with pride. #PhysicalAsia

A romance book trope I'm really starting to hate is one character absolutely refusing the possibility that another specific character may actually care for them or be interested in them. Gosh, just consider a cheeky flirt on the spot, but no, it all has to be calculated and said for external reasons

Currently reading The Games Gods Play, and I'm really enjoying it (think Hunger Games with a bit more romance and mythology theme), but then they mention holding the sky for Atlas as a labour of Hercules and I am annoyed.

Turns out the reason why my room (not the whole flat, just my room) felt really cold these last few days is that I somehow did *not* properly close the air ducts and they were just slightly ajar. Brilliant.

Rolling down a set of stairs (well, half a set, but still) was never on my bucket list but I guess I can cross it off anyways.

Thursdays are my busy days but also with about an hour of waiting period. And of course I had to forget my e-reader today, didn't I.

Potentially controversial reading take: dust jackets are horrible.

In first group, all three countries' players blamed themselves for failure if that happened, even if their team didn't. What do Turkiye and Mongolia do in the second group? Women still blame themselves, but men are neutral and just sad they lost. What a cultural divide.

Australia so directly rooting for Amotti in that last challenge made my fangirl heart so much warmer and happier. #PhysicalAsia

I wanted to like #TheGameofWool, because it's close to my craft, I really really did, but I just can't. The standards seem odd, the judges too generic, the occasional addition of crocheting doesn't make sense for how they market this, and it's just... no, sadly, no.

"One good shake and the headpiece goes" - yes, the same way we saw happen with the previous three contestants, why is that suddenly a problem if it wasn't before? #TheGameofWool

"Knitting builds a garment row by row, while crocheting does it one stitch at a time", as if knitting the row isn't one stitch at a time either, just in a different way. Pfff. #TheGameofWool

I think my newest favourite reality show is my niece's kindergarten drama. Bernard trying to throw Ugnė's pretty hairpin out through the window and my niece warning her teacher just in time for that not to happen? Scandalous and heroic in one.

I kinda already lost the #Whamageddon today, but then I googled and saw it starts only on December 1st. So... yay?

I always say "you know shit is real when really kind and calm people start swearing". Nick Mohammed did that for me this time. #CelebrityTraitors

I really should start giving less to the people who don't deserve my full care.

Pebble pouches!
Sea otters have underarm pockets that they keep food and their favourite stones in.

Quest 3 really shows that Physical Asia is not holding back at all. This is both impressive and intimidating.

It's kinda weird how time numbs things sometimes. And you try to tell yourself it's okay but you still feel guilty about being less emotional.

Seeing Fair Isle vests being knitted on Game of Wool makes me wonder if there are crochet patterns for one.
