The PCB is dead. I'm not gunna try and buy a donor board and then solder the bios chip to it. Because, after that, I'd still need to try and use software to recover the data.

Shucked my old broken external to see if I could salvage something and had no luck getting it to turn on.
Pulled the PCB off and well, lookie there.
Might be able to give it a good clean. If not, ebay a replacement.
Not sure it's worth the investment though. 🤣

I can't say I fully understand the whims of the algo or bots. Apparently bots can and do downvote.
I suppose it's really important to not attach too much to the faceless metrics that don't include meaningful feedback from actual humans.

Finally figured out Xampp and Wordpress! Now we can start to build the MHST3 website!
I'll have to figure out how to get WP and Cloudflare to work together since CF has our registered domain.
