Cats good. Fires bad.
As a big fan of factual information, I enjoy reading these very short introductions on a variety of topics. Please note that the author who wrote this book on WEATHER is named STORM Dunlop. I hope to write a book on rollerblading science under the pseudonym Skate Smarter. #booksky

Great brain book about brain as complex system of crazy interactions rather than an area a function. #booksky

I am writing a strange science fiction novel about the secret of a sound, the secret of a city. Each chapter is a single page, good for hoomans with attention span of goldfish. Novel posted here: catlinlee.wordpress.com

When scientists look for humanoid, I mean hominid, fossils in Africa, they crawl on all fours as a group across the hot, hot ground, eyes scanning the surface for any sign of something weird sticking out here or there, while guards stand by with AK-47s to ward off warring factions nearby. #booksky

Caving is an extremely exciting activity. Doing it, there are many ways to die. Cave diving is even more scary. Read all about caving and cave diving here, and also about how to go to the bathroom in caves. #booksky

The book is very special. The author goes to unprecedented extremes to avoid scientific jargon. Thus, ion channels are called "holes", and synaptic vesicles are "bags". At first, I wasn't sure about this new vocabulary, but I think I have now been brainwashed. #booksky

If I were to time travel to a historical period, my second choice would be 1177 BC, the year civilization collapsed, brought down by the factors revealed below. My first would obviously be more than 1000 years earlier, when the aliens built the pyramids in Egypt. #booksky

So there IS a machine controlling the weather and "forecasting" the weather it makes. #booksky

Obviously critical reading for all humans on Earth, the better to serve superior beings, not that we can truly comprehend their higher dimensional existence. #booksky #cats

I like how the author calls plants "green organisms". #booksky

I know what's going on here. It is a pride of palms, the mighty palm lion, king of the landscaping, surrounded by his palmesses. #photography

During the height of summer and any heatwave, it is best to cool off by reading about climbing the world's highest mountains in the coldest season. #booksky

In the 1500s, a Spanish expedition embarked from La Florida with four hundred people and after years wandering through the Northern Continent now known as the Gulf Coast and American Southwest, ended up with four survivors, but at least there were four. #booksky

I have posted four single-page short stories on my blog so far, but there are 28 more of them on my computer, waiting to be edited. Ummm, I think I may need to speed things up, but I like how they look when they are all together. #writing

A history of the Black Death, both informative and literary. If I lived during the Black Death, my biggest problem would not be infection by Yersinia pestis, but being burned at the stake as a witch. I would have to change my cat avatar, henceforth catatar, into a holy relic.

The ultimate story of women murdering their family members in early twentieth century Hungary. Do not cross the wife. Also good to get a picture of village life in the olden times. #booksky
