It's just Meyers-Briggs but for games, both are dubious at best. If somebody is compelled to find boxes to put people in, they won't stop until they can come up with a marketable name to put on the box :)

I'm in the process of making an "MMO" RPG, and the hardest part of it is the negative sentiment. Having a persistent world for a few hundred people is not technically complex in 2025 - the challenge is making it fun, just like any other game project!
