I am doing the Fantasy & Fae Bookcase quiltalong! I just started actually sewing tonight (after a long saga of trying to find more background fabric from dying Joanns), and I am so pleased. Love this type of quilting (FPP) and these patterns!

I saw baby horseshoe crabs yesterday and it may be one of the best things I ever saw. I always thought horseshoe crabs were rare, and I’ve never seen one in the wild, but we were on the beach and looked down to see DOZENS of fingernail-sized adorable babies!!
