BOTH OF THESE BOOKS SHOULD BE MANDATORY FOR ARTISTS not on some weird dogma theyre just that useful I checked out imaginative realism so many times from the library in high school one of the librarians just let me keep it. I think it helped that no one else reserved it for like 2 years before me
Two books I would highly recommend to anyone who hasn't already read them: "Color and Light" and "Imaginative Realism" by @jamesgurneyart.bsky.social
