I believe SCOTUS told Trump they are ruling against him and his tariffs last weekend when Trump posted his rant about how wrong it is to tell the POTUS he doesn’t have a right to issue tariffs. Since then Trump began cancelling Tariffs even with China. SCOTUS is giving him time to save face now!
