This always blows me away…and I can’t stop taking pictures of the blooms. This is the first bloom from my 10 year old Christmas Cactus. And it looks like a bird emerging.

Went on a 90 minute schooner sail in #gloucester this summer. It was a lovely day with decent wind. As we made our way toward the breakwater, this guy landed on my shirt and stayed there for most of the sail, so I had to take his picture. He flew off as approached the dock. #nature #seacoast
