I was at Kamala Harris's rally on the Ellipse just before elections. The crowd vibe was the same as it was during the Fight the Oligarchy rally in Denver - it was wonderful and what all humans deserve. I ache for a better world and really want to see it happen before I'm done playing around in it.

Took a short drive yesterday to try to adjust my attitude - some things are just harder to get over than others and Friday's display of inhumanity was a doozy. But, my stop at a unique coffee house at the base of Mt. Meeker near St. Catherine's Chapel provided deeper solace than I was expecting.

I never really was "on" the other place, but did post from time to time as a volunteer several years ago for a really nice group of artsy folks in the CO Rockies. Anyway, thought I'd see what this place is all about and say, "Hey!" as well as share one of my fave things to do. #Colorado
