DR2 has probably the best female cast in the trilogy tbh, Ibuki, Sonia, Mahiru, Hiyoko... I can't really pic a fav.
DR1: Aoi and Toko are the best, I thinks its probably the only "crazy anime girl" I actually like.

Fav character? Probably Kaede, I REALLY loved the idea of a non-detective, female protag. Kaito is cool too!
And fav girl? Well, this time (compared to DR1 and 2) I got lucky, because my 2 fav girls survived! Maki-Roll and Himiko. I didn't needed to replay the game to get Himiko's full story.
