I was gonna say, Wisconsin has been that way since I moved here 10 years ago, and it took electing Janet P, and a Governor who wouldn’t back down and kept fighting for the people.

I live in Wisconsin & our oil comes from Canada. I read yesterday to expect a 35 cent increase in gas if tariffs increase, and to expect that increase within 48 hours of it happening, because we have no reserves.

I wish I could help rn, Mary! I usually have a tiny bit extra which I’m more than happy to tip, because you help so many! I’ll be lucky to get through to next Friday at this point after a car repair.

I have to say, I occasionally go to Mass with the School Sisters of St Francis. Those women MOVE during Mass while giving great respect to the Eucharist. There is so much joy, which is a hallmark of Franciscans that our brothers in Steubenville have forgotten.
