Spending some time on leave at @Casatomaddi has been such a treat

The setting is truly amazing, peaceful, the perfect place to slow down. And with high-speed broadband, I could still join a meeting outdoors, surrounded by sunshine and fresh air.

A great day of walking around Edinburgh - from climbing Arthur’s Seat to walking around the picturesque Deans Village, and I clocked up almost 40,000 steps.

A great way to reset and get some exercise

Lovely evening on Friday catching up with old friends and making new ones at The Physiological Society awards and Presidents Lecture held at the Royal Society of Medicine

Humbled to receive an Honorary Fellowship and grateful to the Board and nominations committee for the award.

An amazing Presidents Lecture The Physiological Society by the incredible Nessa Carey on the topic of epigenetics and junk DNA.

Incredible information delivered in such with engaging style

Thank you for teaching me so much about tortoiseshell cats and for the great conversation afterwards
