Today, Thu. 3/27, is the last day for public comment on the removal of the National Environmental Policy Act from the Code of Federal Regulations. I think with cats, trying proactively to get them to do something is a mistake. You should embrace the natural ability of the cat, which is to hinder the work of others. Urge the cats to lounge on as many keyboards as possible and to sun themselves atop all the paperwork they can reach. Occasionally, with this method, something with bipartisan support will get impeded, but overall, I think taking advance of their innate gift of obstruction is the best policy.
