I'll have to test that. When I first started using CC years ago, the transcribers included everything. You'd hear a bleep, but see swear words on-screen. Hilarious!

Yeah, there are maybe 3 channels I watch on cable. It's really obvious when they move to auto caps for new shows. Disaster.

Yes, I use CC all the time. CC for live events and especially news is visual gibberish.

The real distraction was all the lies told while campaigning. These were the plans all along but not revealed because they were non-starters in the campaign.
