I rescued Mallory, or she rescued me, when she was 5 yrs old. She wasn't treated right, wasn't potty trained, didn't know how to play with toys. She ended up being the best dog I've ever had. She lived until she was almost 15. We had 10 good years! Rescue is the way to go! Good luck!!!
