Jimmie Duncan got bail. I got to share the news with him tonight. The ruling is very strong. He’ll be home for his birthday and Thanksgiving.
Part of my years long investigation into the Jimmie Duncan story. He now awaits ruling on bail after a dramatic and emotional bail hearing in which the child’s mother, Allison Layton Statham testified. She believes the evidence shows the horror story that defined their lives was a lie.

This is painful, and saddening, and embarrassing. I feel like we're losing a member of the family - and for no good reason other than that some Americans wanted another season of the worst reality TV show in history.
