Greetings from Ireland. I am the author of eight novels set in England during the extended Regency period (1795 to 1830) that consider the situation of women in a patriarchal society, frequently against the background of the off-stage Napoleonic wars.

History provides the author with many fascinating eras. I decided the Iron Age tribes of late 1st C AD northern Britannia (north England and Scotland) needed their voice heard. My Celtic Fervour Series is written from their perspective...interspersed with Roman characters.
