Here's the mask I made representing the Bean-nighe a spirit from Scottish folklore, also known as the "washerwoman," who washes the bloodstained clothes of those about to die. She is considered a harbinger of death, similar to a banshee, and is typically found by desolate streams, pools, or fords.

It was great to explore Pentre Ifan, the location of one of my biggest inspirations, The Pirate and the Crystal Ball which is part of 'Be glad for the song has no ending' the Incredible String Band film, I have always been obsessed by this film and the band, they are of another world.

I've spotted two of these so far, they refer to the flooding of the Tryweryn Valley including the village of Capel Celyn to create a reservoir for Liverpool's water supply.
The phrase translates to 'remember Tryweryn' and has become a symbol of Welsh identity and resistance to English dominance
