So the people causing the shutdown are getting paid. The people keeping the country running don’t.
And Speaker Mike Johnson won’t let the House come back to work. So basically they’re on a paid vacation while Americans miss paychecks.

Kristi Noem couldn’t get to Twitter fast enough to use the Dallas ICE shooting for political points. But local news now says it was detainees who were shot — not ICE agents. She played politics, and three human beings are dead. We need an investigation into how this happened now!

I can't stop thinking about the damage that Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson, white nationalists, and fox news have infected this country with. Add to that the mega-church indoctrination plus the insidious disinformation and side-stoking from the Kremlin, and it makes perfect sense how we got here.
