Trump, Speaker Johnson. other Reps complain about Dems attending town halls. Dems, Reps, indies, etc are entitled to go to town halls to tell their elected officials what their concerns/problems are. Or has Trump banned non-republicans already?

Don't know if the flu wave has hit Ukraine like it has the US. I had it in December, got dehydrated & had a real high fever, was in hosp for 8 days, missed Xmas. Really bad stuff, hope that's not what you have, but if it is, drink lot of fluids/water, try to get your temperature down, & rest a lot.

Such a beautiful, colorful public display of artistic talent of so many Ukrainians. What a wonderful thing to be able to do, to take a walk on a good winter day and see, even buy, art. Thank you for letting us see this too.

This could be charged as either a Calif state crime (misdemeanor or felony) or a federal crime (up to 12 months in jail). If malicious intent is proven, could possibly be prosecuted as a federal terrorism crime. Forget the silly no-go zone for fire dept, drone operator needs to be in prison.

Adams doesn't show up to escort a murder suspect when it's a regular or poor person who is murdered. CEO? Yeah, he puts on a public parade. The UnitedHealth guy didn't deserve to be murdered, but he doesn't deserve all the media and escorts either.

It's also the reckless parents leaving loaded guns lying around which needs to be prosecuted everything time. It's the guns and it's the people with no common sense and no thought to protect their own kids.

A decendant of Czechoslovakia, Pellegrini should be ashamed. Many of his ancestors & other Slovakian ancestors died because appeasement of Nazi Germany failed, in fact, inflamed the aggression. People who know history, who are decent, know no one must tell Ukraine to appease Putin.

If info in post is accurate, girl sounds nihilistic. Was it true she was made to feel not wanted by parents? What sent her to be so interested in nihilists like the 3 referenced? Someone must have had at least a little hint she was troubled. Now 2 are dead, plus her, others will never be the same

Assume Assad's pilot just turned off the plane's transponder when it was out of Syria to hide where it was going for security. White House aircraft do that before landing (can follow all the transponders on FlightRadar24, watch AF 1's transponder blip off miles out from landing).

This raw milk guy in Fresno sounds like a zealot. I grew up on a dairy, we had clean protocols but we never drank our raw milk, bought pasteurized milk from the store. People are gambling when this guy's product has been quarantined after selling contaminated milk that made people sick. Yuck.

We've made strides in recent yrs to see alcoholism as a disease that can be debilitating and dangerous. Now GOP is trying to make it no big deal, ignoring how it affects judgment and other people. Just to get an unqualified Fox anchor at DOD.

You lasted longer than me. I shut down, watched only non-cable news intros to keep minimal tabs on important events for 3 weeks. I now watch the first 10-20 mins of one respectable cable show to check events. My distress quotient is way down. Bad news for cable, good news for legit news sources.

Tuesday was Giving Day. my local Nextdoor forum posted about a woman who's been homeless for yrs; Nextdoor members people pitched in to help her furnish it. Bcuz she was set, I gave instead to Red Rabbit Advocacy that on a small budget works to help her and other neighbors get their lives back.
