I'm a leftist & I've been shocked recently at the discourse of friends I thought were aligned to me ideologically. & when I say shocked, I mean absolutely horrified because these were not "economically conservative, socially to the left" views, it was very much "wouldn't have hidden Anne Frank"...

My theory was that it's basically a tourist attraction for content? And maybe the occasional smoothie craving?

Getting diagnosed is ADHD hell in my area. So many hoops to jump through. And so I have to face work, just me, an unhealthy amount of coffee and fake rushed deadlines to trick my brain into doing something.

I honestly don't get why people are always so offended by those alerts. It's 30 sec out of my day to read the alert / see if there's something I can do or not (and if not, send a little thought for the kid to be found safely before I click X)
