Maybe this is stupid and dramatic but I’m just tired and disappointed from the same thing happening over and over again when people can’t just be queer in media without it being THE plot.

I don’t normally get too heated over this but my god the amount of symbolism used around Mike as a queer character, especially in season 4, is beyond ridiculous. As creatives who call themselves “very intentional” it’s an absolute slap in the face by the Duffers to the fans that DO care about it.
