IT's OK to use up that sticker even if it's not the best spot for it, or draw with a pen. Make mistakes, use up supplies, HAVE FUN. Many people don't try. They need to be perfect to others. It's unattainable. If you don't try, you don't become better. #adhd #actuallyautistic #neurodivergent #autism
