This was with PixInsight. I saw all the streaks and did a process without removing them. Just to see how bad it would look.

More than not, I’m wondering if I give up on my lifelong hobby of astronomy. Between this shit and light pollution I wonder if it’s worth it anymore. This is a 1 hour of exposures they I didn’t remove the junk. 😢

AT&T fiber speeds are great. Amazing how good the upload is. We got around 80-100 Mbs to the phone/computers now at average about 150-ish. A little bottleneck in our network, I'll have to mess around and see if I can speed that up a little.
No more $$ for Musk! 😀

Made money on selling WMT, but NVDA is a turd on my list still.

Sure is. Radio gives me an escape - especially when bounce a signal out of the US!

She would have been kicked out, but wish she fought back when he said she was a "terrible" reporter. I wish the journalists would grow some balls and tell him to fuck off.

There was a time years ago when I'd be setting up and polar aligning my scope. A satellite would pass my view "oh cool! I saw a close view of a satellite." Now I just cuss when I see several pass when aligning - and more to come.

...a guy who could become a trillionaire and probably no intent of doing anything good with his money. Bill Gates at least is trying to save people, environment and other things. I have basically zero respect for Musk - and I thought it was cool at the time when he launched his Tesla. Not now.

Meh...not impressed yet. Lost it at 81,000 ft? Should have seen it way into Michigan. SWR looked good, but I only trimmed the vertical element. I'll have to try to get it outside of the attic instead.

Comets are the worst for satellites. I've seen so many good photos of comet Lemmon, but they are covered with streaks. Yes....I know....process it out. But we are at 8,900 heading toward 42,000 Starlinks. Not including competition. Here's one of my best examples (55 minutes total).

Looks good. Everything you need! I have a touchscreen also that I need to build into something. What Freqs are you interested in? I was going to run Hamclock on mine, but just one of the many ideas.

Hmm....it worked better but for some reason still not as good as the discone. I probably need to get that thing outside on the roof or at least outside in the yard. The long path is the new one with the new antenna.

They realized that if the landed and said "take me to your leader" wouldn't be a good plan. Then they would be pulled out of the ship, handcuffed and sent to a prison. That's how illegal aliens are treated. 🙁

Just wait for the Kessler Syndrome when the Starlinks start bumping into each other.

Are we back to using this site again to find them? It was terrible with the chip shortage, but now we have tariffs. 🙁

I used to work Japan a lot when in Seattle area. Very easy to work. Wisconsin I still reach them, but not as often. Europe is super easy - even 40 meters will skip across at times.

Sadly, at least here in the US, the pandemic has been forgotten....as well as the 1+ million that died. I still get booster shots when they are available - NEVER caught Covid either. 😀
